A Late Merry Christmas

Now that the holidays are over, it's back to work. I really enjoyed myself over the holidays. My mom decided to have Christmas dinner at home and invite our nearest dearest over. It was all that and a bag of chips. Food Galore!! Soul food to be exact! The kind of food that isn't made with measuring cups. Everything was seasoned with ham hocks!!!lol EVERYTHING!!!LOL

As you can see from the slide show above, everyone had a blast. I hope that you all enjoyed your christmas and family as well as I did.

Hiatus!!!

Today, I decided to blog because #1--during my hiatus, I felt as if something was missing. Although I'm not obsessed (yet) with blogging, I do feel as if blogging use to be some sort of therapy for me. Like some sort of diary. I enjoyed sitting around checking out the progress of everyone's sisterlocks (and life). There is so much positivity here. Even on a bad day... the responses to my blogs and the feeling that I get when reading the blogs of others tend to enlighten me. The sisterhood and positive responses are remarkable.

I've been sick for the last couple of days. Up and down, in and out of bed. I hope that I feel better so that I can go back to work. It's boring at home.

October 1st-5th
I finally went to Louisiana. I've always wanted to go to La. I guess, since I'm more of a visual person, I'll show you the pictures instead of babbling on and on.
