It was bittersweet I tell ya..
My hair was yelling, "You can't leave her now....we're just getting started?"
But, my pockets were screaming, "Thank God we don't have to drive that far anymore. We bout 2 go broke. Do you know how much gas you burning just to get your hair done?".
What's done is done.
To be completely honest. She sorta made me more hesitant than anything. Frightening me with Sisterlocks Horror Stories (in a "throw a rock, then hide your hands behind your back" kinda way). I was tempted to say, "okay, I'll stay". However, in addition to an already pricey $750 gas bill / month, I think it's safe to say that I should at least give this new consultant a try.
Aside from driving 1.5 hours (each way) to work mon-fri. I have to get my lethargic body up at the wee hours of SATURDAY morning for a 3.5 hour drive (each way!!!) just to maintain my lovely hair every 6 weeks.
Something's Gotta Give.
Anywho...I'm going to miss my consultant. She was a very nice woman.
It's time for me to prioritize.
Like Katt Williams said, "You know it's bad when we're at the gas pump making life decisions like, Did I eat today?"

I can't believe you were driving 7 hours on a 6 week basis. I really really hope this new consultant works out wonderfully.. Don't feel guilty about leaving the other consultant, we're all in survival mode right now....
Yeah, In the end...she came to and realized that this situation is very pricey for me. She also said that if it didn't work out that I will be welcomed back with open arms.
Times is TIGHT!
